Cut at 8 1/2 X 5 I use Very Vanilla cardstock the green paper is from my old stash I had. I embossed it with flowers to match the flower DSP at the bottom. I used my word window punch. Added a cream color lace. Stamped Happy Birthday on my Decorative label punch added rhinestones. For the balloons I used my 1/2 circle punch. Added the strings from one of my die cuts I had.
