Birthday Card

I was asked to make a birthday card for a friend to give to her daughter for her birthday. She wanted something with a dress form. So here is what I came up with!

I used Stampin' Up! Whisper white cardstock for the layering and Strawberry slush for the card base. The balloons I punch out three using my circle 1" punch from Stampin' Up! The birthday banner is from the stamp set Itty Bitty Banners # 126257      Rhinestones from Stampin' Up # 119246
The pink ribbon I had in my stash. The flower was also in my stash wanted to use them up.
